Chantecaille Future Skin Foundation Review

Superbowl Sunday!  I had no vested interest in either team (not a NFL fan), but I definitely was looking forward to the half time show!  Bruno Mars rocked it out!  I adore him.  Going to try to score some tickets to his concert in Columbia, SC that go on sale tomorrow!

If you’ve followed my blog, you see I try different eye shadows, lipsticks, hair/skincare products.  However, I am a stickler when it comes to foundations.  I find one I like, and I remain faithful to it.  So, my Chantecaille Future Skin Foundation Review is for my current holy grail foundation.

Chantecaille Future Skin Foundation Wheat

I have been using this foundation for the last year.  I love everything about it.  It is an oil-free gel formula.  “Wheat” is an absolute match for me.

I would classify this as a medium coverage foundation.  It is very buildable if you desire more coverage.  It does not settle into wrinkles fine lines.  It applies oh so smooth!  The texture is a delight to work with!

It also lasts all day.  No oxidation/breakdown.  No fragrance.  It actually makes your skin look really smooth, and covers imperfections.

Bear in mind, this is on my wrist!!!  My face is way darker.  Just wanted to show the consistency.

It is a bit pricey, but it is my favorite foundation right now.  My current favorite powder is the Hourglass Ambient Lighting powders.  When I got this foundation, I got the setting powder that matched.  I do use it as well.

This is a finely milled powder, and works well with the foundation.  I can’t say anything bad about it.  I just love the Hourglass powders for the favors it does for my complexion!

I got “Linen”, and it is a perfect match for the “Wheat” foundation.

My blog photos are a mix of this foundation and my favorite BB cream, Fairy Drops.

Wow! This looks like an amazing product. I’ve never used liquid foundation and only use powder. I do agree that you get what you pay for a lot of times when it comes to things like foundation. Thank you for my makeup education!
